Google Forms makes it simple to create online forms and surveys, along with response analysis. It can be shared with other users for real-time collaboration.
- Log in to your Google account and then click the user icon’s three dots. This will allow access to Google apps.
- Select Forms
- You will sample Google Forms. That you can use for reference.
- To start a new form. Click on Blank.
- A blank form will appear.
- Edit and Add fields for the form using the toolbar on the right. The field can be changed to required by the toggle switch “Required”.
- To preview the form, use the eye icon on the top right.
- To add an editor and send the form use “send” on the top right.
- The form will be delivered to the recipient as shown below.
- To view the user’s responses to the form using “Response” tab.
- To Turm off Form responses.
- Open the Google Form, and go to “Responses” tab. There is a toggle switch “Accepting responses” to turn off the responses.
